The cottage is in the undiscovered village of Longformacus. The nearest town being Duns 7 miles away where shops, doctors, pubs, places to eat and garages can be found.

The cottage is for two people and we offer short breaks when available.

£150-£250 per week and 2 and 3 day breaks.
